Indian breakfast cereal made from Jowar. These Bajra flakes can be had with hot milk for breakfast and can be used to make Poha/Chiwda
How to use:
Add to warm milk. Add honey/sugar as necessary. Adding dry fruits is optional.
For Poha - Add seasoning grains and vegetables along with a tablespoon of oil to a pan. Add Bajra Flakes after the vegetables are done. Sprinkle little water as necessary. Cook on medium flame with lid closed for 2 minutes. Add garnishing. Serve hot.
(Note: Don’t soak flakes in water)
