Nutritious breakfast cereal/flakes made from Barley grain. These Barley flakes can be had with hot milk for breakfast and can be used to make Chiwda (roasted snack)
How to use:
Add to warm milk. Add honey/sugar as necessary. Adding dry fruits optional
For Chiwda - Add seasoning grains and spices, salt along with a tablespoon of oil to a pan. Add Barley Flakes once the seasoning grains are popping. Keep roasting on medium flame for 5-8 minutes till flakes turn crispy.
