Nutritious breakfast cereal/flakes made from Finger Millet (Ragi). These Ragi flakes can be had with hot milk for breakfast and can be used to make Poha/Chiwda
How to use:
Add to warm milk. Add honey/sugar as necessary. Adding dry fruits optional
For Poha - Add seasoning grains and vegetables along with a tablespoon of oil to a pan. Add Ragi Flakes after the vegetables are done. Sprinkle water if necessary. Cook on medium flame with lid closed for 2 min. Add garnishing. Serve hot.
(Note: Don’t soak flakes in water)
