Dragon fruit also known as Patayaha or strawberry pear is a vibrant tropica fruit known for its bright pink skin and its white seed speckled flesh. As exotic as it looks, the dragon fruit has a subtle flavour similar to that of a kiwi or pear. It is sweet, delicate and crunchy.
