Resona Mustard oil is extracted using a traditional cold press method known as Kachi Ghani.
This involves crushing the mustard into a paste mechanically at low temperatures. Given that we do not use emulsifiers and additives in the production process up to half of extractable oil is left in the seed but this allows us to ensure we only supply the purest organic mustard oil while preserving the aroma and flavour of the organic mustard seeds from which the oil is extracted.
